The Windows Explorer menu grows bloat as many programs are installed. I know that Open is always default action on top but it becomes troblesome finding 'Open with' in the clutter. Moreover, theis extra menu is a part of the bloat. What is the need for it?
When user clicks, a default action (Open) is executed. User opens the context menu to use the 'Open With'. The subitems are popped just move mouse over. 'Open With is just a stub'. The 'Open' menu can serve theis purpose!
